J. J. Keller Names Steve Murray Head of Product and COO

J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc., a North American leader in safety and regulatory compliance solutions, has promoted Steve Murray to Head of Product and Chief Operating Officer, effective October 1, 2026.

Murray’s elevation underscores J. J. Keller’s ongoing commitment to supporting transportation, human resources, and environmental health and safety professionals in safeguarding people and navigating complex regulatory obligations. In this newly established position, he will direct enterprise-wide product strategy, oversee the product development pipeline, manage solutions delivery, and lead customer service operations—reinforcing the company’s dedication to addressing customers’ evolving safety and compliance needs.

Murray joined J. J. Keller in 2013 and has since led multiple business units, including Managed Services and Training & Consulting Services, which together encompass more than 700 compliance experts, consultants, and trainers. With over 30 years of experience in general management of large fleet operations, customer service, sales, pricing, and recruiting, Murray brings a broad operational perspective to his new role.
